Established & reputable remodeling company seeking a full-time, EXPERIENCED carpenter to work along side our project manager and join our team. Must be experienced and skilled in ALL phases of residential remodeling. Job details, ample experience and ability in the following:
Framing carpentry and layout
Finish carpentry
General carpentry
Ability to perform tasks & work unsupervised (and work along side project manager and other lead carpenters)
Cleaning, some digging, installing insulation, willingness to get dirty, general labor, etc
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks on multiple projects
PROBLEM SOLVING (often times on the fly)
Ability to read & interpret blueprints and plans & able to navigate a job tracking system
Lifting ability also required
Must be willing and able to pass a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
-A minimum of 3 years experience in this specific line of work is required!
-Must have a relatively clean driving record and possess a reliable vehicle (outfitted work van or truck and capability of hauling lumber, ladders, tools, etc is a bonus!)
-Posses own hand tools on a daily basis (most power tools provided).
