We are looking for a reliable, customer-centric, licensed electrician in the greater Portland area. This individual would be supporting our exterior remodels by removing and reinstalling all lights, outlets, and other exterior electrical components, as well as, pulling permits and performing various electrical repairs. We can keep you busy year-round with annual pay averaging between 100k and 200k.
Electrician Responsibilities:
Applying for and obtaining all required permits regarding electrical repairs if needed.
Adhering to the office provided schedule of appointments assigned every week.
Ensuring that all installations of lights, outlets, and other various exterior electrical components are installed to code in compliance with local requirements.
Troubleshoot and ensure that the electrical system is working properly before leaving client location.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Electrician Requirements:
Candidates must be licensed, bonded, and insured to a minimum of $2,000,000.00.
Must have all tools, equipment, and vehicle for getting to projects and performing the duties and proficient with using standard industry tools and techniques.
Strong time management and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an electrician program at a vocational school or an electrician apprenticeship
2+ years of electrician experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
