About the Position:
We’re looking for a self-driven, hardworking HVAC Technician who has hands-on experience in the trade and a desire to grow their skills. As a small company, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more, earn more, and advance quickly beyond your starting role.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
Perform quality pipe fitting, brazing, and flaring of copper
Use refrigerant gauges to recover, evacuate, and recharge systems
Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to HVAC equipment
Ensure work is completed efficiently and up to code
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HVAC installation and/or service
Strong understanding of refrigeration and electrical systems
Ability to lift/move at least 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in workmanship
Benefits:
Competitive Pay: $25.00–$45.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
