As a Weatherization Technician in Training, your job is to help complete various Weatherization tasks such as air sealing and duct sealing, in addition to installing attic insulation, floor insulation and wall insulation when you have the approval of the Lead or Supervisor on site. You are expected to respect the client’s property and hold yourself to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Assist with, and learn to complete these various tasks under the supervision and instruction of a crew leader as you grow within the company:
Air Sealing
Attic Insulation
Floor Insulation
Wall Insulation
Duct Sealing
Other miscellaneous tasks assigned as necessary
General Responsibilities
Learn to complete the various tasks previously listed while under supervision in order to grow and excel as a Weatherization installer
Drive a company vehicle as needed
Follow company policies for breaks and lunch as well as work schedules and pay. Timeliness and reliability are essential.
Use protective equipment when needed and follow company policies for workplace safety
Always follow GreenSavers guidelines for harassment, violence and bullying
Represent the GreenSavers Brand, especially when you are in a client’s home.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record and history
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred
Previous experience in insulation or weatherization is a major plus
Spanish language skills are highly valued
Ability to respectfully follow directions
Can do attitude and willingness to learn
