Well-established home inspection company has an opening for an Oregon Certified Home Inspector to work in the Portland metro area. The position is currently part-time, but has promising potential to become full-time. Prefer hiring an inspector with fee-paid experience, but on-the-job training will be provided for hiring an Oregon Certified inspector with little or no experience.
To be considered for this position, applicant must:
Be licensed as an Oregon Certified Home Inspector
Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Be detail-oriented
Have strong customer service skills
Be computer literate
Have both a valid driver's license and a reliable, presentable vehicle (for work use)
