Positions Available:
1. Experienced Lead HVAC Installer
We're looking for a seasoned residential HVAC Lead Installer with a strong track record of successful installations and leadership.
2. HVAC Installation Assistant / Helper
We're also seeking an experienced Installation Assistant or a highly reliable individual eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. No prior experience is required for the right applicant who demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment.
Compensation:
$20.00 to $45.00 per hour, Depending on Experience (DOE)
Key Responsibilities (for both roles, with Lead Installer taking primary responsibility):
Assist with or lead the daily installation of residential HVAC systems, including:
o Condensers
o Evaporator Coils
o Furnaces
o Air Handlers
o Mini-split systems
Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Ultimate Comfort professionally.

Tools: Installation Lead installers are expected to have tool required for the profession. Vacuum pumps, recovery machines, etc provided by the company.
Schedule:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
Occasional weekend availability may be required
