All Seasons Heating and Cooling is looking for a Journey level HVAC installer. We are a family based company that specializes in Residential Retro-fit installations of Gas and HP systems, Ductless and IAQ. We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer with support and training offered from the factory. We are looking for a Lead Installer with 5+ years of experience who is able to work on his own with a helper. You will be able to take your truck home and be asked to stock it with the necessary parts.

We are asking of our candidate
5+ years of install experience in existing residential homes
Experience installing 80 and 90% efficient gas furnaces, A/C's, Electric furnaces and HP's, ductless single and multi-zone units
Good Customer Relation and Communication skills with the office staff and clients
Own tools is a plus (Tool program provided if you don't)
Washington State 06a electrical license a HUGE plus (trainee card if you are still accumulating your hours)
NATE Certification a plus (Classes and training will be offered if you don't to get your card)
Able to braze, pressurize with Nitrogen, evacuate, charge, start up outdoor unit, knowing what Sub-cooling and Super heat values are to properly start an outdoor unit
Clean driving record is a plus
Being able to field fab ducting and install ducting required
Attendance Daily and on time (it is sad that this has to be said)
$1000 bonus after 6 months of employment
