Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and components.
Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
Diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and local codes.
Communicate clearly with customers and provide exceptional service.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of HVAC experience (or apprenticeship/technical school equivalent)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
