I need someone experienced in Caulking and puttying holes to a high level of finish. Painting walls, ceilings and woodwork in 2 colors with nice crisp lines. Pay depends on experience and how fast you can get them done while maintaining high quality standards. You will be going from unit to unit setting your own pace. This is a long term position with hundreds of units needing done at multiple complexes.

This is for a long term reputable company with lots of long term employees. Please be willing to take a background check before being hired as well as a drug screen. THC is legal so we are ok with that as long as it isn't on the jobs at all.
