What we need:
Licensed Washington and Oregon Journeymen
Experience 3-5 years in new construction
An interest in growing skills and continuously improving
Competent with technology:
Remote meetings, filing reports, taking site photos, reading digital blueprints
Respect for health and safety certifications and standards
Commercial, Multifamily, and Light Industrial experience preferred
Ability and willingness to perform standard electrical installations independently
