Have and maintain WA or Oregon state EL01 license
Familiar with NEC code requirements
Must have own hand tools
Professional interpersonal skills; excellent communication
Be self-motivated, with very good organizational skills
Valid Drivers License/Clean driving record
Able to pass federal background check
Equipment operating and concrete construction a plus.
