Position Requirements
Communicate orally in English
Direct and manage crew to meet production and quality standards when needed
Completed cross training or have experience for the additional skills for the position.
Skills for Position
Installation of concrete paver patios
Installation of colored stone in mortar patios and paths
Installations of CMU block for cultured stone or veneer stone walls and structures
Installations of cultured stone or veneer stone for outdoor kitchens
Understanding of irrigation valves and irrigation boxes
Understanding of irrigation wiring and clock
Installation of low voltage transformer and nightlights
Installation of mainline for water features including ball valves and boxes
Advanced operations of heavy equipment
Complete understanding of maintenance on heavy equipment
Laborer I-II
Job Description:
Assist “Crew Leaders” and “Foreman” on the installation of hardscapes and landscaping.
Perform all aspects of landscape construction
Learn in areas of construction that employee is not familiar with to excel in our company
