Our contracts vary from small to large jobs & multi-year projects located throughout the Portland area & SW Washington.

INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Company Vehicle/Gas card will be provided (As this position is a Lead Position).
Valid Driver's License and Insurance a Must.
Constuction Knowledge (Framing-Installation-Drywall-Painting).
Finish Carpentry
Oversee daily operation of construction projects: Alongside Crew.
Ensure safety, compliance and Quality Control.
Communicate project progress with your Project Manager.
Manage Site Organization
Effectively plan ahead for materials, tools, etc.
Lead by example and maintain a positive mindset for crew.
Completion and accuracy of all jobsite paperwork.
Complete Jobs on time.
