We are looking for lighting techs that have experience with installations of LED lighting and wiring, wire nuts and lighting our company has been doing this for 9 years and are looking for experienced techs.
Must have your own tools and know how to operate scissor lifts and be able to work on ladders .
We are also looking for a team leader or a person who has run crew's before, must have great management skills
and the desire to move up within the company.
Must be able to turn in daily production reports ( EOD End of Day reports to manager)
Work will with others.
Work with customers and co-ordinate the successful and smooth installation of lighting projects.
Communicate well with lead specifier regarding equipment needs daily or weekly if required.
Keep work areas clean and recycle boxes and old lighting materials in proper order.
Communicate each day with schedule with manager and be willing to work multiple types of shifts, day, swing etc

Must have a good Oregon drivers license so that you can drive company vehicles.
Must dress for success and wear the company safety vest at all time when on the project.
Must not be living out of your car ( this is a problem you cannot live in your car and stay on our property after work)
We have 2 types of contracts one is standard W-2 wages and the second is 1099 piece work. Earn $500 to $1000 per day based on your installation of fixtures total installed units.
Our company has paid vacation and retirement plan ( for W-2) not for 1099
