Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and heating systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred qualification: availability for swing shift and/or on-call emergency repairs

- Compensation: $25.00-$45.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials. We also give bonuses for projects that go exceptionally well.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Work closely with our project managers and customer service agents to deliver exceptional service to our clients
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC/R equipment
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, labor hours, and parts used
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Preferred: Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency repair services
