On-Call Locksmith
Job Description
Location: Southern Washington and Northern Oregon
Position Summary:
As an On-Call Locksmith, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient locksmith and handyman services to commercial clients in the Southern Washington, and Northern Oregon areas. This is an on-call position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn competitive commission-based income.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to service calls in a timely manner, adhering to specified deadlines.
-Perform various commercial locksmith tasks, including:
Lock installation, repair, and replacement
Key cutting and duplication
Rekeying locks
Access control system troubleshooting and repair
Door lock, door closer, repair and maintenance
- General Facility Maintenance Handyman work
-Utilize mobile apps to track work orders, obtain sign-offs, and submit timecards.
-Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
-Wear provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
-Reliable transportation
-Smartphone
-Strong customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and efficiently
-Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including early morning, late night, and weekend calls
-Some emergency calls have a 4-hour or less response time - this availability and flexibility is highly valued.
-Experience in locksmithing is a plus but not required
-General handyman or general contracting skills are a plus
Compensation:
Pay is per work order completed
1099 Employee Status
Weekly payroll
