We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing residential buildings, groundskeeping, and mechanical systems. Candidate with plumbing and appliance repair skills preferred. Company van and tools will be provided.
Your Role –
Repair faulty equipment, unit interiors, and building exteriors.
Complete all incoming work orders for maintenance and repairs
Understanding of heating, electrical, and plumbing systems and ability to maintain and guarantee functionality.
Plumbing Fixtures, Electrical Fixtures, and HVAC units Repair
Maintain and repair appliances, fixtures, hardware, painting, general clean up, some light landscaping, carpentry, etc.
Manage outside vendors only as necessary when task is above Techs ability.
Identify and order parts for repairs as needed
Coordinate special projects as directed
Work with residents for scheduling and conducting repairs.
All ongoing routine maintenance on the property to company standards. Properties to be safe, clean, and maintained.
Making sure company tools, van, etc. are in good working order
Skills Wanted –
Proficiency in English language
Experience in residential building / apartments maintenance preferred
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ability to climb stairs, walk long distances, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Basic computer skills
Position offer –
$25-35 / Hr Depending on experience & knowledge
Dedicated company Van and tools provided.
40 hours Full time. Typically Mon-Fri 9-5pm, some weekend work occasionally
