Maintenance/Handyman- Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Mirabella Portland is seeking a Full Time Renovations Technician to join our Maintenance team! This position will provide general renovation services for maintenance related work at the community in an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture.
A minimum of one to three years of painting and hands-on maintenance and/or mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
-Perform light electrical and plumbing installations.
-Provide general maintenance services.
-Prepare all necessary surfaces to receive sealers, stain, or wall covering.
-Repair/prepare drywall and plaster surfaces to receive paint or wall covering.
-Apply sealers, paints, and stains by the current standard professional methods of the industry.
-Clean, maintain and make minor repairs to all equipment used in the preparing, painting, and wall covering process.
-Match existing colors of paints and stain, mix paints or stains, properly mask and protect areas not to be painted.
-Use all necessary and proper safety equipment (including PPE) and techniques when performing all levels of the job.
-Maintain Renovations Shop in a clean and orderly fashion.
-Assist in estimating and ordering adequate supplies, materials, and equipment to perform each task/project as needed.
-Perform other duties as assigned or required.
