Work is 95% new construction, 75% high end fit and finish work (retail, museums, dealerships, etc.) from 5,000 SF to 50,000 SF typically. Projects are up and down I-5 Portland to Seattle areas.
We work four 10's, Fridays are our OT day, with rare Saturday work.
Standing Steel, SSR, PBR, MBI. Don't have to be best at everything but be best as something(s) and hate rework. We in it for the long haul, you need to be too. That's it.
Typical requirements: Motorized transportation and license, be willing to work out of town sometimes (I-5 WA & OR), pass drug test, no current court cases, show up on time with PPE, and be willing and able use phone app for time keeping.
