In this role, you will spearhead our proactive field team responsible for managing property losses resulting from water, sewage, mold, or fire incidents. You will be indispensable in executing vital mitigation strategies, implementing efficient dry-out processes, and preparing for the all-important restoration phase.
As a Mitigation Lead, you will mentor and guide a Mitigation Technician. Forming a dynamic duo in one of our company vehicles. Together, you will assess and tackle daily projects, under the expert guidance of our Mitigation Field Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
FLUENT IN SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH.
