Arborists of America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Tree Climber to join our professional team. This is a high-level position for individuals who take pride in their craft, follow industry best practices, and know what it means to work hard in the tree care trade.
Requirements:
Must be proficient in manual transmission operation
Strong team player with a professional attitude
Commitment to safe work practices and ANSI/ISA standards
Skilled in climbing techniques including SRT and DRT
Familiar with rigging systems, knots, and proper cutting methods
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must arrive on time and be ready to work daily
Must wear all required PPE at all times
Personal climbing gear required – if you don’t have your own, this position likely isn’t the right fit
