Zip Construction offers residential remodeling and handyman service company in Vancouver, WA. We're looking for a reasonable, responsible, hard-working handyperson to join our team as an on-call/part-time employee with transition to full-time as need arises. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company and build your career in the residential construction industry.
What you'll do:
Work on remodeling projects, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
Perform installations of roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, flooring, windows, decks.
Handle a variety of residential Handyperson tasks such as mounting Tv’s, patching drywall, etc
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
NO Plumbing, Electrical, Asbestos, Elevators, Boilers or mobile home installation.
What we're looking for:
Experience in the following areas: light carpentry, trim, drywall, roofing, siding, flooring, framing, painting, insulation, tiling, windows, concrete, decks.
A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new things.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently.
The ability to take direction.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

$25/hour to start, with pay increases as you take on more responsibility.
