We are PRIME GROUP, a leading residential owner and manager of apartment communities across the western United States. We operate in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington State.We are currently hiring for: FULL-TIME Entry Level: PAINTERS and PORTERS
FULL TIME - PAINTER Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday & Monday - Friday.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Paint vacated/occupied apartments, Paint exterior sidewalks, Paint pool areas, Paint exterior doors and thresholds, and Paint model Apartments. FULL-TIME - PORTER
Work Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, Sunday - Thursday, and Monday-Friday.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and remove litter and debris from the grounds. Ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, mailrooms, dumpster areas, and recreation areas remain neat and free of litter at all times. Ensure that the grounds adjacent to the road, in front of the office, to and from the walkways, and in between buildings remain near and free of litter at all times. Power washing grounds when needed.
