We are looking for skilled and reliable painting contractors with ACTIVE licenses and insurance, to fulfill interior and exterior painting projects for the 2025 season.
Requirements:
- Active CCB License: Must have a current and valid CCB License.
- Liability Insurance: Must provide proof of active liability insurance.
- Workman's Comp Insurance: Must have valid workman's comp insurance.
- Equipment/Tools: Must provide all equipment and tools necessary for projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including pressure washing, hand/power tooling, priming, etc
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment/jobsite.
- Maintain regular contact with project manager about project details.
