Boss Exteriors is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager (Exterior Specialist) to join our team in Canby, Oregon. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive base salary plus commission. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of exterior projects, ensuring timely and quality completion while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $135,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of exterior projects, from initial planning to final completion
- Collaborate with sales team to develop project proposals and estimates
- Communicate with clients to understand their project needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update stakeholders on project status
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure projects are completed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage project budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures where applicable
- Meet or exceed project timelines and budget targets
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement changes for future projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management in the construction or exterior industry
- Extensive knowledge of exterior construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and budget targets
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office 365
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
