Key Responsibilities:
Conduct job walks and provide accurate project estimates.
Oversee multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality completion.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Procure materials and resources, managing project timelines and budgets.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Manage a team of plumbers and technicians, overseeing installation and quality control.
Negotiate and establish profitable relationships with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners.
Qualifications:
Strong background in plumbing and project management.
Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer software; experience with Bluebeam View and Quotesoft is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
