Campfire Audio is seeking a Quality Control & Packaging Assistant to join our earphone production team.

Job Description:
In this position you will be responsible for inspection of inbound raw and finished pre production parts, preparing accessories, final inspection of products, reporting inventory levels, processing RMA & returns, and packaging various audio products according to an established packaging procedure.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High level of dexterity and close attention to detail for micro detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive assembly environment
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Stable, long-term work history
- Ability to differentiate between similar colors, finishes, and detect small blemishes.
Preferred Requirements:
- Light industrial experience is preferred, However on-the-job training is provided.
- High level of work space organization and cleanliness
- Prior experience with Quality Control experience is a plus.
- Exposure to S.O.P. creation or modification
Our standard schedule is Monday-Thursday (4 day work weeks), 8 am - 6 pm at our inner SE location. Assembly work will take place at ergonomic standing/sitting stations. We contribute fifty percent of the employee health insurance premium from our offered plans, we have selected paid holidays, and paid time off, which are available after 30 days on the job. 35 hours worked per week are needed to maintain company contribution health insurance benefits. QC/Packaging team member pay starts at $18/hour. We are looking for a full time person but open to the right part time fit. Note that part time employees would not be eligible to full benefits package.
