We’re growing fast — and we’re adding an experienced Residential Electrician to work directly with our HVAC install department on high-quality home comfort projects.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a licensed Residential Journeyman Electrician (OR LME or J-card) who takes pride in clean, safe, and code-compliant work. You’ll handle the electrical side of HVAC installations — wiring new systems, running circuits, installing disconnects, panels, and controls — alongside our HVAC installation crews.
This is a steady, year-round position with great teamwork, excellent leadership, and real growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Perform all electrical wiring and hookups for residential HVAC system installs
Install panels, disconnects, relays, and low-voltage controls
Coordinate with HVAC lead installers for seamless project execution
Ensure all work meets NEC and Oregon electrical codes
Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade existing electrical systems
Maintain safe, organized, and professional worksites
Qualifications
Valid Oregon LME, Residential Journeyman, or General Journeyman license (required)
3+ years of residential electrical experience
Strong understanding of HVAC equipment electrical requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
