Position: Steep Slope Roofer (Shingles)
Experience Required: Proven track record in steep slope roofing.
Qualifications:
Experience: Significant experience in steep slope roofing with a focus on shingle installations.
ODL Requirement: Possession of a valid Oregon Driver's License (ODL) and reliable transportation.
CDL Advantage: A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus.
Flat Roofing Experience: Additional experience with torch down, built-up roofing (BUR), and single-ply roofing is advantageous.
OSHA Compliance: Commitment to and understanding of OSHA safety standards.
Strong Work Ethic: Dedication to high-quality work with a proactive approach.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in work execution, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Independence and Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Punctuality: Consistent reporting to work and adherence to project timelines.
Steep Experience (Shingles): Proficient in steep slope roofing techniques, particularly with shingle installations.
Comfortable with Heights and Ladders: Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights and navigate ladders safely.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify and address challenges effectively.
Basic Roofing Tools: Must have essential tools (knife, tape measure, hammer, tool pouch) and a positive attitude.
