Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking someone with sailing experience and strong customer service skills to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include helping with the daily care and operations of our sailboat fleet—focusing on cleaning, detailing, general upkeep, and light maintenance—as well as supporting and communicating professionally with our members and instructors. This is a hands-on role with opportunity for growth based on your skills, initiative, and contribution to the team.

Some of What You'll Need to Get the Job DoneSailing experience is highly desired! Familiarity with small to mid-range sailboats, including basic systems (plumbing, electrical, rigging), is a big plus.

Customer service mindset. You'll interact regularly with members and instructors—professionalism and friendly communication are essential.Sailboat detailing experience or ability to learn.Ability and willingness to work weekends.Be very task and goal oriented and able to work unsupervised at times.Professionalism and the ability to stay focused on the tasks at hand while working in a dynamic social environmentHave a strong attention to detail and be very organized.Motivated to learn, critical thinker, and problem solver.Reliable and punctual.Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs; climb off and on boats; and work out doors in varying conditions as well as work well with your hands and various tools.
