We are seeking a detail-oriented lead carpenter to join our team. In this role, you
will be responsible for efficiently preparing spaces for new occupants. Your
expertise in maintenance, painting, flooring, and fixture installation will ensure our
properties are pristine and ready for new tenants/owners. If you have a knack for problem-

Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry.
Paint walls, ceilings, and trim; repair small holes or cracks in walls.
Install and repair various flooring types (carpet, vinyl, laminate, tile).
Thoroughly clean apartments including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and windows.
Install and replace fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, light fixtures, and cabinet hardware.
Install appliances like refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and washing machines.
Conduct meticulous inspections to identify and address any issues before turnover.
Manage time effectively to meet turnover deadlines.
Communicate clearly with property managers, maintenance teams, and tenants as needed.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in general maintenance, carpentry, painting, flooring, and fixture installation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines.
Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
