This position requires to be very knowledgeable with the mechanical aspects of vehicles, honesty and dependability a must. We repair/service all makes and models. If you have background work experience as a technician, ASE certifications and knowledgeable with the Mitchell1 program, all a big plus! But not necessary. Capable working in a fast paced environment while being courteous to customers with good verbal skills. Large 12 bay facility, with 8 technicians.
Commission based pay structure, 9% of GROSS parts and labor. Advisors range 85K to 100+K, more on your multitasking skills motivation. (Multiple levels of bonuses on top of regular pay!) We have a parts department creating estimates from the Tech's to save you time and you can focus on communicating with customers. Digital sales tools to help earn customer trust by sending inspection reports, pictures and estimates to customer's cell phone. Our system has text capabilities to contact hard to reach customers.
