integral part of our team. Typical job duties: The ability to work with minimum supervision. Troubleshooting and
servicing circulating, heating, filtering, and electrical systems. Replacing and repairing faulty parts or components.
Using a variety of hand tools for repair and replacement purposes, including hammers, chisels, wrenches, glue, saw,
epoxy, lubricants, shop vac, and pipe cutters. Completing work documentation such as timesheets, work orders,
and invoices to record parts used, nature and scope of service problems, warranty coverage, and serial numbers in a
clear accurate way. Communicating with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and sub-trades personnel. Scheduling
appointments and maintaining a calendar for service appointments. Requirements: Clean Driving Record with driver's
license. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions are available. Salary or hourly pay depends on experience
