Job Duties:
- Sew backpacks and pouches using an industrial sewing machine
- Follow patterns and instructions
- Check products for quality and fix any mistakes
- Keep sewing machine clean and working well
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years sewing experience OR a skilled home sewer with a portfolio
- Can use a sewing machine and follow patterns
- Pays attention to detail and quality
- Can work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Experience with industrial sewing machines
- Experience working with different fabrics including technical materials
- Problem-solving skills and clear communication
