Pay depends on experience: Below is a breakout of the average situation. We are willing to pay for top talent or invest in someone on the path to being a top talent. If thats you give us a call.
-Entry Level Helper $18-$21
-Over 2 years of siding experience$22-$26
-Over 5 years of experience or ability to qualify as crew lead-$27-$35+
We offer piece work ( by the SQF pay) & hourly depending on what is a better fit for you. Peice rate allows you to control how much you make and does not cap you at the hourly rate. As an in-house installer, you have the opportunity to make well over $100k + other benefits of being an employee. Crew van, Fuel & maintenance & primary tools are all provided by the company. Designated project manager for all projects to help projects move along smoothly and without delays.
