Installers must have manual labor experience and be comfortable working on roofs. Solar installation or roofing experience strongly preferred. Licensed Limited Renewable Technician or NABCEP certification preferred for lead roles.
Electrician must be a licensed Journey Level Electrician in Oregon (being licensed in Washington as well is a plus). NOTE: Oregon has reciprocity with Arkansas, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Utah, Washington or Wyoming. A Journey Level Electrician in any these states can get a license in Oregon.

Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
Team-Oriented and Dependable: Ability to perform high-quality work in a team setting.
Language and Math Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and understand English, and be competent in construction math.
Physical Requirements:
Carrying, lifting, climbing, crawling, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Comfortable working at heights.
Vehicle and Travel Requirements:
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Regular travel between job sites is required.
Safety Certifications: Obtain/maintain current First Aid/CPR certification and OSHA safety requirements (company provides training).
Final candidates will be submitted for a background check, motor vehicle report and drug screen.
