Position: Subcontract Installation Technician

Job Type: Subcontract
Responsibilities:
Install and configure low voltage audio-visual systems, including but not limited to projectors, screens, sound systems, and video conferencing equipment.
Pull and terminate cables following industry standards.
Mount and install equipment on walls, ceilings, and racks.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check (required for work on government properties).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Above all, communication is a top requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with cable pulling and audio-visual installation.
Knowledge of low voltage systems, wiring, and AV equipment.
