Are you an accomplished Journey Person Tile Setter?
You'll do start to finish tile projects. You must be able to oversee a helper/apprentice and make layout decisions.
Schluter waterproofing system experience is a plus.
You will be provided a company van and tools.
Education is available and REQUIRED
Valid driver's license required
We will test your skills
Inexperienced need NOT apply
Overtime and Bonuses available.
Daily Duties
Able to lift 75+lbs consistently.
Protect floors & walls
Ability to communicate with designers, read files and understand scope of what needs to be accomplished in that day.
Ability to use saws, tools
Make sure job site is clean & organized
Ability to delegate
Attend all safety meetings, have a team and safety mindset
There is room for advancement
Occasional bonuses and raises for great work

We provide lunches, coffee, waters for all our employees. We offer health insurance after 60 days employment. If you choose to participate we pay 60% of the monthly premium. We provide pants, shirts, sweatshirts, shoes after probationary period.
Pay is depending on experience. We evaluate and compensate on an annual basis or more often if your work is exceptional.
Pay is Bi Weekly
All Protective Safety equipment is provided. Tools and training provided for free.
Ride to jobsites in company vehicles, gas provided, you just have to get to our building
Ability to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis, ability to bend, stoop, lift, get on knees is required
MUST HAVE VALID Driver's license; No felonies
