Responsibilities:
Produce high quality paint and stain grade finishes
Color matching, staining, color blending, touch ups, sanding
Water-based, 2k Polyurethane, oil based finishes
Open Pore flat finish to high-build polished lacquer.
Communicate directly with engineers and project managers to track job progress
Maintain product inventories
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to cross train into fabrication and final assembly when necessary
Requirements:
Self Starter looking for a long term position
Minimum 3 years working in a wood finishing / painting position
Excellent time management skills
Proficient with HVLP, AAA, AA airless systems
Excellent communications skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
$25 - $30 / hr
Healthcare stipend
6 paid holidays
2 weeks accrued PTO after 60 days.
