BTEndeavors Co, a FedEx Ground contractor, is currently hiring full time delivery drivers. We need people who are reliable, energetic, and ready to get the job done. Successful drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. Drivers will be operating out of the Swan Island FedEx Ground terminal located at 6447 N Cutter Cir. Portland, OR 97227 and will be making deliveries minutes away in NW Portland in -step vans provided by employer.
No CDL required! FedEx/Amazon/UPS/DHL experience is a plus!
Starting Pay: $800 week plus per stop bonus which can make that $900+ week. Other route is $1000 a week guaranteed and Monday to Friday. More business focus.
Work Schedule: Full time 5 days a week. Hours approx 8:00am-2-3:30pm or until route completion
Delivery Driver Requirements:
· Clean Motor Vehicle Record
· Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
· 1 year of job-related driving experience encouraged BUT NOT NEEDED (Uber/door dash, construction, landscaping medical transport, etc)
· Must be willing to submit to a background check
· Physically able to handle up to 150lbs (with assistance of a dolly)
· Able to deliver around 100-140 stops per day and work in all weather conditions
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
· Arrive at Swan Island FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
· Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
· Delivering packages to the correct destination (we supply I Pads with navigation and app)
· Accurately scanning and logging packages
