Green Transfer & Storage Co is looking for a flatbed trailer technician to assist with the maintenance of over 200 flatbed trailers.
Primary Duties:
-Assess trailerdecks for rot and damage and patch sections in poor repair with new wood.
Secondary Duties:
-Assist Trailer Mechanic with various repairs - landing legs, wiring, brakes, lights, and air systems.
Skills Required:
-Efficient and self-directed
-Possess working knowledgeof basic power tools(skill saw, speed square, drill, table saw, impact driver, tape measurer, etc.)
-Ability to climb onto and off of flatbed trailers
-Ability to stand, walk, bend for 10 hours per day
-Ability to work in and tolerate seasonal elements
Tools and trainingare company provided
Compensation:
$20.00 to start
+$1 at 90 days
+$1 at 180 days
OT after 40
