Position: Freight Dispatcher
Position Type: Full Time
Job Description:
Perform all duties required from a Freight Dispatcher. These duties include:
- Booking freight on loadboard/Contacts
- Dispatching freight to Driver
- Oversee the movement of freight from pickup to delivery
- Solve any issues involved in and during the transportation of freight.
- Maintaining quality service to customers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Freight Dispatcher
- Have excellent communication skills along with excellent coordination skills to assist with customers daily shipping needs
- Solid problem analysis skills and financial judgment
- Have basic computer skills in order to execute day to day responsibilities
- Quick Judgement
We are a Dry Van and Reefer carrier - experience must be with Dry Van and Reefer freight.
THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION AT OUR OFFICE IN VANCOUVER WA, REMOTE WILL NOT WORK FOR THIS POSITION
