Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization
o Design, implement, and evolve supply chain strategy to support growth and scalability
o Identify and manage multi-sourced ingredient supply solutions to ensure resilience
o Mitigate tariff risks, backorder delays, and customs compliance issues
Procurement & Vendor Management
o Oversee purchasing of raw ingredients and packaging materials
o Maintain strategic relationships with global suppliers and contract manufacturers
o Negotiate terms, lead times, and cost-saving initiatives
Inventory & Demand Planning
o Build and maintain accurate forecasts in collaboration with Sales & Finance
o Manage MRP systems for optimal inventory turnover and availability
o Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Logistics & Distribution
o Coordinate all freight and logistics operations—domestic and international
o Manage 3PL relationships to ensure on-time, in-full delivery (OTIF)
o Ensure all shipments are compliant with international trade regulations
Cross-Functional Communication
o Serve as internal liaison between Sales, R&D, Fulfillment, and Accounting
o Report on KPIs related to supply chain performance, costs, and service levels
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management (food industry preferred)
Deep understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, customs, and freight optimization
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, DEAR, or equivalents)
Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong project management discipline and bias toward action
Experience working with startups, CPG, or ingredient supply chains a plus
