Anderson Towing & Recovery is currently hiring for Heavy and Light duty tow truck drivers who reside in Beaverton, Tigard, Sherwood or Hillsboro areas. Applicants must have a clean criminal history and a current Oregon Driver's License. Full time employment opportunities are available.
Towing is different each day. At Anderson, we work recoveries accidents as well as towing a broken down vehicles, ranging from basic vehicle to the heaviest of semi tractor and trailers. We have several accounts including all police agencies in Washington County.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass security check by Washington County Sheriff’s Office
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to park a tow truck at residence with access to outlet to plug in for their block heaters
Must be available for on-call work overnight
Must be able to follow direction and retain information
Must be prompt and efficient in the work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Portland Metropolitan area
Prior towing experience—not required as on-the-job training is available to those without
Benefits:
Salary pay plus commission for on-call tows – rate increases based upon experience level
