We are located on the East Coast, and seeking an individual in the Portland area that can research historical photographs at the Oregon Historical Society - primarily identifying images within a specific subject category. The photographs will be placed in an upcoming book.
The individual does not need to possess direct research experience, but should have an interest in the subject and sufficient academic background to navigate the archive search process and interact with staff at the institution.
