Description Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner that enjoys HR compliance. This is not an employee relations focused role, so there is limited employee engagement. This role primarily focuses on ensuring compliance with various HR functions to include, but not limited to, benefits administration, performance management, worker’s compensation, leave administration, HR documentation, and system utilization oversight. This position is 100% in-office role and does not offer remote flexibility.Responsibilities: Oversee compliance with benefits administration, ensuring all procedures are adhered to Administer performance management processes, maintaining consistency and fairness in all assessments Manage worker’s compensation cases, providing support and guidance to affected employees Supervise leave administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations Maintain and manage HR documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate Oversee system utilization, ensuring all HR systems are used effectively and efficiently Maintain a deep understanding of HR compliance and stay updated on any changes or updates in regulations Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity in all HR processes and procedures Handle any HR related inquiries or issues, providing timely and appropriate solutions Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.If you are interested and qualified for this position, please call Kimberly Casey at 541-897-8218. Must have 5+ years in a heavy HR compliance role. This is not an employee facing/engaging position.

Seeking a task driven HRPB.

Proven experience with ensuring compliance to include: benefits administration, performance management, worker’s compensation, leave administration, HR documentation, and system utilization oversight.

Bachelors a plus but not required.

Must have exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.
