Role Overview
The Internal Audit team is seeking a graduate-level intern with a strong economics background to support audit and advisory work through research-driven and data-informed insights. This role applies economic thinking to understand risk drivers, decision-making behavior, and policy effectiveness across the organization.
What you'll do:Support Internal Audit through economic and quantitative analysisIdentify inefficiencies, incentives, and policy gaps using data and structured researchConduct research, case studies, and statistical analysis to inform audit findings and recommendationsSupport analysis of decision-making behavior and control effectiveness; exposure to behavioral economics concepts is a plusCommunicate insights through clear reports and presentations for Internal Audit stakeholdersLearning OpportunitiesApply economic theory in a real-world corporate governance and audit environmentUnderstand how incentives, behavior, and policy design influence risk and operational outcomesStrengthen research design, statistical analysis, and business application skillsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support process and policy improvements
