Overview of the role: As a Product Manager at Xplor within our Payments Product Team, you will provide strategic, commercial, and technical oversight across our Global Payment Processing Platform with a focus on the US. You will work closely with architects, engineers, developers, and a broad set of internal teams to set and drive our product roadmap, outcomes and platform evolution. You will also help guide the company’s Embedded Payments product strategy with short- and long-term strategic plans, which focus on Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and other SaaS and technology providers that seek to integrate our commerce functionality into their own applications.  Essential ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy:  Support the develop of our product strategy and roadmap for Xplor’s Global Payment Platform  Regularly review this strategy, updating it to reflect changes in company strategy, market changes, and lessons learned from customers and initiatives  Work with US teams to ensure they understand the product strategy, the team understands their challenges and there are clear communications & release plans in place for all product launches  Product Delivery:  Support defining and communicating the product roadmap and prioritization to best determine how to support new customer acquisition, retention, and conversion for our Global Payments Platform with a foucs on the US Ensure the roadmap produced is data-informed, based on market need, have clear outcomes and success criteria, and balance functional and non-functional work  Work with customers and consumers of our payments products during discovery to clearly understand problems Lead defined scrum teams through all elements of the Product Development Lifecycle, ensuring the team takes a continuous improvement approach to how they work Lead discovery of the problem and supports the scope definition of the solution, ensuring the cross-functional team has all requirements needed to build high level solution designs and understands the constraints they are working withinBecome a recognized subject matter expert on the functions and uses of our Global Billing and Settlement platform, including the Core Payment Processing qualification, clearing, billing, and settlement, reconciliation, and card network compliance Work within a global payments product team to create a framework of KPI metrics that demonstrate the success (or otherwise) of product evolution  Be accountable for the commercial success of the capabilities you create in the products you are responsible for  Contribute to the improvement of Xplor’s product leadership capability  Stakeholder Management:  Bridge technical and business worlds as you lead strong and productive relationships with stakeholders to understand and deliver on market needs and priorities, and evangelize our product strategy and roadmap  Work with strategy, commercial, and data teams to drive user and competitive research to uncover customer needs and new product value propositions in line with Xplor Pay’s vision and commercial goals  Establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the wider organization, particularly Engineering & Architecture, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience.The average base salary pay range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000.In this role, you may work remotely as long as you are located within the lower 48 states of the US.
