Location: Roseburg, Oregon Job Type: Full-time Expected Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: $28-$34 per hour, DOE

Company Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by managing administrative tasks, supporting our team, and fostering positive relationships with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.

Manage invoicing and billing processes using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Collaborate with the bookkeeper to submit employee hours for payroll processing.

Organize and maintain records of completed jobs.

Track and renew Licenses and permits.

Submit required job tracking forms and reports as needed.

Support the owner with various administrative tasks and special projects.

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct calls to appropriate staff members, taking messages if needed.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect a professional image of the company.

Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in office management or an administrative role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling scheduled shifts.

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.

Flexibility.

Preferred Experience:

Bookkeeping, HR, QuickBooks, payroll.

Experience in a similar role.
