Hard-to-beat works too.ResponsibilitiesAs a Trainer for CMG you are responsible for delivering individual and group on-the-job training to new/current support and/or management staff designed to expand the knowledge of participants and to enhance overall employee competency and productivity as relates to front-end processes and customer service/patient experience.Essential Duties:
Delivers training for all new CMG staff
Provides on-site supplemental training to staff
Identifies training-related issues
Participates in on-boarding planning
Creates, reviews and updates training materials
Evaluates employees receiving training
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmQualificationsExperience:
2 years healthcare experience
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Associates degree in related field preferred
